This is some God tier data analytics and finding errors in such a vast information stream. Anyone capable of this can form Trillion Dollar company right away. 

PS: I dont give a damn about which party is at fault. I know from my little experience in Data Science that with Bihar's almost 5 crore voting population, having a 10% error in voting list is huge and insane. and its ever more insane that someone could point out this omission with such confidence and accuracy. It is absurd.  No-one has the authentic tools to make such a large claim.

The problem with such scurtiniees is that bureaucratic inefficiencies &amp; corruption will get in the way. A lot of "illegals" now hold immense power, political mileage and money, especially in West Bengal. 

A little bit of violence and/or money - and the scrutinizers may as well pass off legal citizens as scapegoats! Parts of Bengal have indigenous Muslim population which has below average income, whereas a lot of these Bangladeshis have garnered not just money but muscle &amp; political power as well.

So that begs the question, will it be as transparent as it's being positioned as?

The real reason for this is to ensure demographic change in WB. This has been implemented in Bihar, and 8 crore voters were asked to submit form and 'documents'(which excludes Aadhar/ration card/voter card) within a month. Bihar has 33 percent of their existing population living outside Bihar. This will happen in WB as well.How is it possible for them to get leaves from their employers, travel back  and submit form and documents. And regarding the documents ECI asked for parents birth certificate..... even one of the judges who is hearing this case in SC quoted that he himself can't provide the documents asked by the ECI. 

The Chief Election Commisioner himself stated that he wants people to vote where they currently 'reside' not their native place. You can check that in that following link. So, all the Bihar voters who weren't able to go back can submit their documents at their 'current address' , so basically Bengal which holds a huge chunk of these people will now have the migrant Bihar population as a legitimate voter base. 

As someone who have been to Tibet, I can assure you this is exactly what China did in Tibet. In Tibet you would hardly find any Tibetans, but Han Chinese while actual Tibetans were given lucrative opportunities to move to different urban areas like Shanghai,  Beijing etc . The same is being tried in Xingjiang areas with Uyighurs.


The motive of the excercise is evident when you have Bihar which has one of the lowest migrant population within the state is chosen as the first state for this excercise. You can't sell the' illegal  Bangladeshi Muslim' thing there because the local people know the condition of the state and no sane people will move there unless it's an absolute necessity. 

They day government changed the panel of selection of ECI commissioners by removing the Chief Justice of India from the panel, replacing him/her with a MP from the ruling party the downfall of ECI began.
